Osteoarthritis affects a common form of bone disease that primarily occurs in older adults. It leads to the wear and tear of cartilage, the cushiony tissue that protects the ends of bones in a joint. Several factors can contribute osteoarthritis, including family history, seniority, high body mass index and previous injuries. Symptoms change from
